We host weddings, private celebrations, baby showers, corporate events, workshops, launches, styled shoots, and other creative experiences.
What is the capacity of the venue?
Our space comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests depending on the layout andstyle of your event.
What’s Included in Your Rental?
Your rental includes exclusive use of the venue for your selected time block, along with all essential furnishings and amenities to support your event.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, we allow outside vendors. We also provide a list of trusted preferred vendors for your convenience.
Is outside catering allowed?
Yes, outside catering is permitted. Please note that our kitchen is a warming kitchen only and is not designed for full cooking.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, alcohol is permitted. Clients must ensure proper licensing and provide a certified bartender and event insurance as required.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
Do you require event insurance?
Yes. Event insurance is required for all bookings, and we would be happy to provide a referral if needed.
How long is the rental period?
Rental times vary depending on the package selected. We offer weekday, evening, and full-day options.
Can we decorate the space?
Yes, the space is designed to be flexible and customizable. We just ask that no permanent damage is done to walls or fixtures.
What happens if we go over our rental time?
Additional time may be available at an hourly rate, subject to availability.
Do you offer planning or decor services?
Yes, planning and decor services are available through our in-house team at Plan to Remember Events.
